Lutinbell Cottage is a charming two bedroom character cottage lovingly renovated to a high standard whilst keeping all of its original character. The cottage sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms (1 x king, 2 x single) and has a private rear walled garden with a gate leading directly on to the Leeds/Liverpool canal tow path. The cottage has its own off road parking space. There is a stunning, large fitted kitchen with wood burner, American style fridge freezer and range cooker. The lounge is spacious with wood burner and Satellite TV. The master bedroom is light and airy with built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is full of character and has a Juilet balcony overlooking the rear walled garden.
Lutinbell Cottage has excellent WiFi, Cable/Satellite TV and Central Heating. Towels and Linen are provided. The Kitchen is very well equipped and has an American Style Fridge Freezer, Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle as well as a large kitchen table. The Lounge with two very comfortable leather sofas and an armchair is very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. Outdoors a patio table and chairs as well as a BBQ are provided.
Lutinbell Cottage is located in the small village of Kildwick less than 5 miles from Skipton. With direct access from the rear garden on to Leeds Liverpool canal the cottage is a perfect base for a holiday any time of the year. There are numerous Tourist Attractions, the Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales are within the immediate vicinity. A charming country pub and restaurant is located within a couple of minutes’ walk from the cottage and a local supermarket within 10 minutes’ walk. Kildwick which is located in a conservation area, oozes character and tradition with a 14 th century church and beautiful Grade 1 listed footbridge over the canal.
